My Dose Alert Rollout a Success, but ...
The NCPA convention in New Orleans was a blast. It was great seeing a bunch of PDS members and Solution Center customers swing by the booth to check out the latest release, My Dose Alert.
My Dose Alert seemed to generate a lot of interest, and a lot of our customers said they can't wait to try it out in their pharmacy.
And then there was Denise Weaver, a PDS member.
Denise walked up to me and said, "Alright Mat. I got your email about My Dose Alert. I'm unimpressed...I don't see anything exciting about automatic dose reminders."
In the hot seat, I began to sweat. But by the end of our demo, for some reason Denise was in.
I'd like to believe it was the Sham Wow headset I was wearing that knocked her socks off, but it turns out it had more to do with the realization that while not all her customers would want to sign up with My Dose Alert, a large segment of her high-valued customers would greatly benefit from the service, and want to sign up. And then again, it might have had to do with all the PR this program will generate with the press kit we put together.
Anyhow, I don't think I'm going to wow anyone with another email about My Dose Alert, but you have to hop onto Tuesday's webinar for a discussion and demo of My Dose Alert.
This is a must have for all PDS members.
