How do I make hotel reservations?
(Updated February 6, 2012) Both the Rosen Shingle Creek and Rosen Centre are almost sold out. To reserve one of the few rooms left, please call us at 1-800-987-7386 and ask to speak to Susan Levin.
For those staying at the Rosen Centre, there will be complimentary shuttle transportation provided by RP Tours, Thursday-Saturday, February 23-25, 2012 daily from 6:30am-9am and 6:30pm-8pm, running every half hour. You will receive full details of pick up locations upon check-in.
PDS has negotiated special rates on rooms to give you all the luxury of this resort at a great price. Internet and wifi is available in all guests rooms at a special price of $10.00 for the length of your stay. That's right pay for one day get the rest free!

What airport should I fly into?
Orlando International Airport (MCO). You will want to arrive on Wednesday February 22 as the conference begins at 8am the following day.
Is there a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel?
Yes! You have 3 options:
Mears Shuttle Service
$18 each way and can be arranged one level below Baggage Claim at the Mears Transportation found next to car rental services. Their telephone number is (800) 759-5219. They make other hotel stops prior to arriving at the airport/hotel.

Taxi cabs
Available at approximately $20/$25 each way at ground transportation level 1.

How do I register?
Registration is open. You can find it at: pharmacyowners.com/conference/register.
Who should I inform if I want to add people coming to the conference once I’ve registered?
Please email the information directly to conference@pharmacyowners.com, or, if you are a PDS member, or to your assigned implementation specialist.

Is there a cancellation policy if I’m unable to attend the conference?
Cancellation Policy applies to any tickets purchased
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by email (conference@pharmacyowners.com) or fax (888-726-9012). You are responsible for ensuring Pharmacy Development Services (PDS) receives your written request. PDS will reply with a written acknowledgement.
- Cancellation requests received by December 31, 2011 will result in a 75% refund of Conference Ticket Fee
- Cancellation requests received between January 1, 2012 and February 19, 2012 will result in a 50% refund of Conference Ticket Fee
- Cancellations made 3 or less days prior to the conference event date, or failure to attend the conference, will result in forfeiture of the conference ticket fee.
- PDS is not liable for any delays or failure to attend conference resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond reasonable control or non performance by third parties.
Hotel - 5 Day Cancellation Policy
You must cancel 5 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 5 days, your credit/debit card will be charged a one night’s room and tax penalty.

Should you need to contact someone from February 21-26, 2012 with regard to participation in the conference please call Susan Levin, assistant coordinator, at (561) 271-9197 or Tracy Ross, the conference on-site coordinator, at (407) 314-7107. Prior to February 21st please call the PDS office directly at (800) 987-7386. For issues concerning the hotel, please call Rosen Shingle Creek directly at (866) 996-9938.
Will any meals be included in the conference?
Yes, a light continental breakfast is served at 7:00am and full lunch is provided daily during conference dates. The resort has restaurants available for dinner choices. Both of the hotels are near full capacity, meaning the restaurants will be bustling. If interested in eating on-site in the evenings, we strongly recommend making reservations at either the Rosen Shingle Creek or the Rosen Shingle Center restaurants.

Friends of Bill W. Meeting
There will be one meeting held on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 from 9:00-10:00pm in meeting room Suwannee 12.
What is the dress code?
Dress code for the Pharmacy Business Conference is business casual. Although the event will be in Florida and we hope for beautiful outdoor weather, you can expect the meeting room to be set at a cool 68 degrees. We strongly recommend that you bring a jacket or sweater for your own comfort.
Will vendors be at the conference?
