The PDS Neuroscience of Advanced Leadership Program for Owners develops leadership qualities not only at work, but also in one’s personal and family life, and community. The goal is to develop oneself, set the example, and to bring your successes into developing others to tap into their inner leaders. 2012 Modules and Dates:
- Group 4 Module 1: The Heart of a Leader - August 17 & 18, 2012
- (Group 4 Module 2: Leadership in Real-Time: Immediate and Tangible Change Management - September 28 & 29, 2012
- Group 4 Module 3: Resiliency and Mindfulness - November 9 & 10, 2012
Requirements & Logistics:
- Program consists of three modules – signing up for the program is automatically signing up for all three.
- Each module is accompanied by a web-based class for employees of your choice to complement the owner’s learning.
- Mandatory web-based classes will run each week after the scheduled workshop for four consecutive weeks. They are required in order to participate in the training. These classes will last 60 minutes with an additional 30 minutes for Q&A.
- Must be a PDS Member.
Time: Workshops will run Friday-Saturday, 8AM – 5PM
Location: Center for Advanced Leadership - Downtown Denver, CO. Attendees will be responsible for all travel expenses to and from the Denver area.
Who should attend? Pharmacy owner(s) and C-level management.
Non PDS Member Value: $7500
PDS Member Cost: If chosen in your PDS Membership Program, one participant is included. Additional participants will be charged.
You may send one owner to this program if you are a Gold, Platinum, or Diamond PDS Member at no charge. If an additional person from your pharmacy would like to participate in this Advanced Leadership program, the cost will vary depending on your level of PDS Membership.
If you are a Diamond Member, the additional cost per person is $650. If you are a Platinum Member, your additional cost per person is $975. If you are a Gold Member, your additional cost per person is $1170. If you would like to proceed to register an additional person for your pharmacy, please contact member services at 561-275-2642.
Cancellation made within 30 days of the first module will be charged $400 to cover the hard cost associated with delivering this program. Any cancellations must be made prior to July 18, 2012 to not be penalized.
