Your employees enforce or kill your organization every time they answer the phone or greet a customer.
There should be nothing more important than serving your customers. Students will be faced with the question, "Do you strengthen or weaken your organization at every interaction?"
The Pharmacy Customer Service Level One Course will strengthen how your organization serves your customers from initial contact through follow up. Participants will be empowered with the skills and knowledge they'll need to provide excellent customer service and to properly represent your organization.
Who Should Attend: Your pharmacy's customer-facing employees.

2012 Training Schedule:
- Wednesdays beginning the week of January 25, 2012 at 1pm ET. (The deadline for registration is January 20, 2012.)
- Wednesdays beginning the week of May 30, 2012 at 1pm ET. (The deadline for registration is May 25, 2012.)
- Wednesdays beginning the week of September 26, 2012 at 1pm ET. (The deadline for registration is September 21, 2012.)
Course Length: Students will meet weekly for one hour over the phone for 12 weeks.
Requirement: Must be a PDS Member.
Cost: If selected, unlimited participation for both the Customer Service Level One and Two trainings are included in your PDS Membership Package.
