Your employees enforce or kill your organization every time they answer the phone or greet a customer.
There should be nothing more important than serving your customers. Students will be faced with the question, "Do you strengthen or weaken your organization at every interaction?"
The Customer Service Level 1 Course will strengthen how your organization serves your customers from initial contact through follow up. Participants will be empowered with the skills and knowledge they'll need to provide excellent customer service and to properly represent your organization.
