The curriculum of the Customer Service Level 2 course takes a more in-depth look at what it takes to WOW your customers.
We will also discuss how team development is imperative to a successful organization and go behind the scenes to work on conflict resolution, discuss stress in the workplace and how to achieve a fun, inspiring work environment. These and other topics will be discussed.
The goal of the course is not only to improve your customers’ experience, but also to increase pharmacy sales and make your “best” even better. The Customer Service Level 1 course is a pre-requisite to Customer Service Level 2.
