Customer Service Training Course - Level Two

The curriculum of the Pharmacy Customer Service Level Two course takes a more in-depth look at what it takes to WOW your customers.

We will also discuss how team development is imperative to a successful organization and go behind the scenes to work on conflict resolution, discuss stress in the workplace and how to achieve a fun, inspiring work environment. These and other topics will be discussed.

The goal of the course is not only to improve your customers’ experience, but also to increase pharmacy sales and make your “best” even better. The Customer Service Level One course is a pre-requisite to Customer Service Level Two.

 

 

 

2011 Training Schedule:

  • Tuesdays beginning the week of September 20 at 2pm ET. (The deadline for registration is September 19.)

Course Length: Students will meet weekly for one hour over the phone for 12 weeks.

Pre-requisite: Customer Service Level One

Requirement: Must be a PDS Member.

Cost: If selected, unlimited participation for both the Customer Service Level One and Two trainings are included in your PDS Membership Package.
