The Pharmacy Marketing360º Roadmap
The program is designed to be delivered in 5 Modules
Module #1 - Friday, April 20 & Saturday, April 21- West Palm Beach, FL or
Friday, April 27 & Saturday, April 28- Las Vegas, NV
- This is a two day workshop designed to build the foundation of an effective marketing program. This module will focus on Four Walls Branding by diving into your branding, services, target markets and aligning your internal customers -your team. We will also cover Neighborhood Marketing and discuss your community involvement and becoming the health educators in your community, out of the box strategies and the new rules of marketing. You will walk away being able to identify your mission statement, unique selling proposition, and how to market to your most profitable customers.
Module #2 - Webinar Dates: 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29, 6/5, & 6/12
- Throughout six weekly one-hour webinars will focus on Inbound Marketing Lifecyle and converting your leads to customers via the combined efforts of your in-store experience and online presence.
Module #3 - Webinar Dates: 7/17, 7/24, 7/31, 8/7, 8/14, & 8/21
- Throughout six weekly one-hour webinars, we will address the new twist on Traditional and Word-of-Mouth Marketing. We will discuss the benefits, best practices, and how to leverage joint alliances, websites, direct mail, and other traditional mediums. Not to mention, we will dig into the do’s and don’ts and design strategies that align with your target markets and guarantee a return on investment.
Module #4 - Webinar Dates: 9/11. 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, & 10/16
- The six weekly one-hour webinars are focused on Social Media and leveraging your online presence to build relationships with your current patients and connect with potential customers.
Module #5 - Webinar Date: 11/6
- While each module will have deliverables and assist you in executing your current marketing plan, module 5 is designed to tie together the entire Marketing360º experience and set you up for success over the next year. This will be your opportunity to create a 2013 marketing plan. At the end of the module, your pharmacy will have the option to present the plan to the entire group and receive feedback from the other pharmacies and PDS Marketing Team.
“After-Party” Office Hours - 6/25, 7/10, 9/4, 10/30, & 11/20
- At PDS we do not believe in just throwing the strategies and saying “good luck”. In addition to the support of your Business Development Coach and Implementation Specialist, the monthly office hours are dedicated to address any of your questions and set you up for success when it comes to executing your new marketing goals and strategies.
