PDS is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support and guide our team of Account Executives (AEs) through daily lead distribution, contract management, Social Media Management and scheduling support. Our AEs are at the forefront of introducing a “New Way of Thinking” to over 16,000 Independent Pharmacy owners across the United States. In this role, you will inspire, support, help grow the AE team and assist the VP of Sales at PDS to motivate the sales team, and exceed expectations. In your role, you will…

  • Assist the team with effective follow-up communication designed to increase PDS memberships
  • Assist the VP of Sales to implement department strategies
  • Provide assistance in pipeline management by maintaining existing and new leads
  • Set up web demos and professional meetings
  • Work closely with your teammates to streamline processes whenever possible
  • Logistics/Travel Coordination/Expense report processing for Sales team

Your Skills & Requirements

  • Must be Highly Organized
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • DocuSign
  • Google Apps including Docs, Sheets, and Drive
  • Travel arrangement using
  • Event management

Your Characteristics:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills / Communication Skills
  • Must be someone that can work with limited guidance and is not easily frustrated
  • Self-Starter: Must be able to take a task and run with it
