Pharmacy Development Services is hiring “Rock Star” Sales Account Executives to expand the sale of PDS Memberships to Independent Pharmacies.

Your Role:

  • Exceed all expectations and set a new standard of excellence.
  • Work directly with the National Sales Director to engage new and existing leads from the sales process all the way through the close.
  • Manage the sales process by developing leads into prospects and following up with those prospects using multiple communication channels including webinars, email, text, phone and social media.
  • Actively participate in web demos and professional meetings.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Your Background:

  • Pharmacy Tech or Pharmacy Vendor experience – a major plus
  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • A positive, resilient attitude
  • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and innovative environment
  • Willingness to attend Industry Conferences 3-5 weeks annually
  • Computer literate
  • CRM proficient

  • Your compensation is a combination of base salary, variable compensation and commission. No glass ceilings! We want and expect you to earn a six figure salary in year one!
