Cash Flow 101 provides the financial training you need to identify what’s happening with your business. As a result, it will enable you to forecast activities that could cause stagnation or lead to growth.

At the end of the four-day virtual training session, you will be able to read, understand and interpret your own financial statements along with other critical pharmacy data. You will make informed decisions about your pharmacy based on data — not solely relying on your instincts.
