Course Description:
Have you ever found yourself surprised by some of the terms in a contract? Maybe the renewal clause in your gym membership or the cancellation policy of one of those monthly subscription boxes or wine of the month club? We find that pharmacy owners are often surprised by what is and isn’t defined in their pharmacy contracts. Our goal in this course is to help you improve your understanding and knowledge of your pharmacy contracts and subsequently use that knowledge to your advantage to help improve the profitability of your pharmacy.
Learning Objectives:
Review main components of PBM contract to ensure literacy and necessity to have SOPs in place to remain compliant/adherent with PBM agreement to maximize reimbursement and remain in-network.
