Dynamic Communication Virtual Workshop Series

Effective Communication is critically important in a pharmacy environment where making errors may have serious ramifications. This workshop series is grounded in the TTI SI Behaviors’ assessment (DISC).
This workshop is designed to help pharmacy leaders and team members improve their appreciation for each other and understand their own personal style and biases. Communication is most effective when it matches the listener’s style. Learn how to identify the communication style of others and how to flex to their style to dramatically improve the impact of your communications. These skills can also be modeled to improve how team members communicate with pharmacy patients, customers, and other colleagues.

The cost for this program is $375.

Includes:

• A Talent Insights assessment with a full coaching report plus a 1-hour personal review
• Two interactive 2-hour virtual training sessions in a PDS member workshop

This workshop is facilitated by the Oval Group and will run May 25 and 27 from 1-3 PM EST.
