Pharmacy leaders and staff have experienced unprecedented levels of stress over the past few years. Learn how to recognize this stress in yourself and in others as well as how to mitigate the impact of these stressors both for your own and your team’s mental and physical well-being.
The leaders of an organization set the tone and serve as role models for their team. Individuals with high levels of EQ skills not only manage interactions with others more effectively but also present a calming influence for others to respect and emulate. Learn how to manage your own and others’ stress responses throughout the day to create higher levels of collaboration and productivity.
