This course supports employees, to put them in a position to develop
exceptional relationships and business etiquette skills with customers and other
staff members to make your pharmacy business better. This is a webinar course offered
several times a year. Employees attend weekly for 6 weeks and it is
appropriate for all employees as part of your general staff training.
