Position Available: Marketing Project Manager

What is a Marketing Project Manager at PDS?

Someone who works with a variety of departments within PDS and outside contractors to manage and execute our marketing needs to support our members and partners. Our Marketing Project Managers are adept at managing multiple campaigns across all channels and work to manage priorities and resource availability to deliver effective campaigns on time and on budget.

You will:

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with partners and communicate to the PDS membership and the independent pharmacy industry
  • Assist with coordination of PDS branding and member communication campaigns
  • Create and manage the content calendar to ensure on time delivery of all marketing assets
  • Deliver campaigns primarily across web, social, email, print, online ads and the PDS member portal
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and web developers to create content
  • Analyze the performance of each campaign, gain insight, assess against goals and present results and course correction to the marketing team and company leadership
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of partner marketing objectives
  • Coordinate the development of marketing content, from website landing pages and blog posts to case studies and sales collateral
  • Proof marketing content to ensure it meets the requirements
  • Monitor campaign budgets and timelines
  • Maintain an understanding of the independent pharmacy industry to identify marketing opportunities for PDS partners

Your capabilities include:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience, experience in marketing not required, but preferred
  • Project Management experience with the ability to think and adapt

  • Ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively
