Position Available: Member Success Coordinator

As a pivotal player within a member (client) service team, the Member Success Coordinator creates delight for PDS members by ensuring that each consistently receives value from working with PDS.

Job Duties Include:

  • Onboard new PDS members
  • Monitor and measure key performance metrics for each member
  • Ensure members are having regular meetings with your team colleagues (Business Coaches and Performance Specialists)
  • When necessary, track down members who are missing their calls
  • Prepare quarterly scorecards for each member that demonstrate the value they have received in their PDS membership
  • Communicate, influence, and collaborate with internal and external teams

Job Skills:

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with other Office365 tools including SharePoint, Planner, and Teams is desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is desirable
