When Tapan came across a flyer on how to increase your pharmacy’s profits, he thought it was worth the investment — for at least one year. Although he has barely explored all that PDS has to offer, he realizes it already has delivered an ROI that he can’t ignore. “I can already see a huge difference, but I am really excited about all the opportunities I see that still lie ahead.” One of the programs that he implemented came through PDSAdvantage. Tapan also decided to attend PDS Advanced Leadership, a move that was life-changing, he says. “It changed my personal life, it changed my business thinking and it changed my approach to my employees,” he recalls. His kids noticed the change almost overnight. He was happier at home and carried around far less stress. He could finally step back and see things from his employees’ point of view, Tapan says. In the past, his mind seemed to be going in 10 different directions.
