How to Be a Customer Service Guru

The How to Be a Customer Service Guru will strengthen how your organization serves your customers from initial contact through follow-up. Participants will be empowered with the skills and knowledge they'll need to provide excellent customer service and to properly represent your organization.

Who Should Attend:

Your pharmacy's customer-facing employees.

How Does It Work:

This is a 12-week webinar series that you will log in into each week. Sessions are the same day, time and online/phone access. Once you complete your weekly session, participants are required to take a weekly test. Certificate is available to those who complete all twelve exams. 

Winter Classes Begin May 11 and ending July 27, 2016.
