Shannon received her bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan and her master’s in management from Aquinas College. She gets to pay it forward as a business coach for independent pharmacies by helping to develop high-performance and accountable teams that can leverage technology, data, and innovation to drive better patient outcomes and business results.
